About Mary & Rita

-

Mary's Philosophy -

"Society does not oblige us to keep dogs or other animals, therefore, those of us who choose to own animals have an obligation to society to ensure that our animals do not in any way detract from the quality of life of our fellow man. To achieve this we who own animals must care for their welfare and teach them how to become socially acceptable companions, who are a joy to own and an asset to our community"   Mary Owens, KCAI adv, A.NCAB.
