In 1986 our Dog Training, Dog Boarding Kennels   and Cattery was established at Fircroft in Co.Kildare, Ireland by well known Irish dog trainer and canine behaviorist Mary Owens & dog trainer and behaviourist Rita Moloney.  Both Mary and Rita are Life Associate members of the Irish Kennel Club and experienced IKC Judges. Mary is the only instructor, outside of the UK,  to be awarded The Kennel Club's City and Guild Award at advanced level in Companion Dog Training and Competitive Obedience Dog Training.

Mary says 'At Fircroft Dog Training Kennels Ltd, we base all our dog training on our years of hands-on experience and our extensive studies. We enjoy a highly successful and proven track record in all aspects of dog training -  competition obedience, dog agility, working trials and the show ring.  The knowledge and experience gained helps us make it easier for our dog training pupils to learn and for us to teach their owners how best to train their canine companion.

Film & TV work

Fircroft's trained dogs and other animals are well known throughout Ireland, UK & USA within the film industry. You are invited to register your pets with us for possible television or film work, this a free service to all our clients.
